Meet Likhita
WHO
I am a yoga teacher, movement guide, ceremony facilitator, ThetaHealing practitioner, and the creator of E-Motion Movement. Through these practices I create grounded and welcoming spaces where people can soften, listen inward, and reconnect with their own wisdom.
WHAT
My yoga classes are often woven around a theme, intention, philosophical teaching, or reflection that unfolds throughout the practice, allowing students to drop further in and the experience to become meaningful beyond the asana. I am especially passionate about Yin Yoga and the philosophy that lives within the practice. Through longer-holds, stillness, and mindful sensation, students are invited to peel back layers of physical tension and mental activity while discovering how to remain present with discomfort without immediately resisting, fixing, or escaping it.
WHY
My approach is intuitive, embodied, and deeply rooted in the belief that the body is an intelligent instrument—one that is always communicating, guiding, and inviting us into greater presence. Whether I am holding a sacred container for ceremony, guiding yoga, or supporting someone in an individual session, I value authenticity, self-trust, and meeting each person exactly where they are. We do not always have to push harder to create change. Sometimes we accomplish more by becoming present, listening closely, and allowing ourselves to soften into stillness.
