Meet Ellie
WHO
My yoga journey started at 16 when my soccer coach dragged us to a hot yoga class — I hated it. It wasn’t until college, when I took yoga for credits, that something clicked and my personal practice began to take shape. In 2018, I followed that spark all the way to Bali for my teacher training, and came home knowing I had to share it. I’ve been teaching ever since — eight years of growth that have shaped me as much as my students. I’m currently finishing my 300-hour accreditation.
WHAT
My classes are vinyasa-based, built around a peak pose, a theme, or simply a feeling. I design sequences that challenge you while making you feel good — the kind of practice that leaves your body and mind better than when you walked in, no matter your level.
WHY
Yoga found me during some of my most stressful and anxious seasons of life, and it changed things for me in ways I’m still discovering. I teach because I want that for you too — a space to fall in love with your practice and experience everything yoga can do for your body and soul.
